NOTTINGHAM, MD—Crews are on the scene of a Tuesday afternoon crash in the White Marsh area. The crash was reported at around 2:30 p.m. in the area of Philadelphia Road at Cowenton Avenue. PARKVILLE, MD—Crews are on the scene of a Wednesday morning crash on I-695 in Parkville. The motor vehicle accident was reported at just after 9 a.m. along the outer loop at the Perring Parkway exit.
