Harford Road shut down in Fallston due to downed tree

FALLSTON, MD—Harford Road has been down in the Fallston area on Friday morning. Officials say Harford Road has been closed in both directions at Reckord Road due to a downed tree. There has been no estimate on when the road will reopen. Motorists should use an alternate route.
