NOTTINGHAM, MD—Police are searching for witnesses after a dog was thrown from a vehicle on I-695 last weekend. At around noon on Sunday, March 9, 2025, witnesses reported seeing someone throw a dog from a vehicle on the Baltimore Beltway near the Route 43/White Marsh Boulevard split. BALTIMORE, MD—The Maryland Transportation Authority on Monday announced that the northbound I-95 Express Toll Lanes (ETL) extension will open to traffic on Wednesday, December 18.
