The Department of Public Works reports that an eight-inch water main has ruptured in the 300-block of Ballard Avenue (21220). Sixty customers and two hydrants are without service. A water main break in the Rosedale area has left many local residents without service. The Department of Public Works reports that a sixteen-inch main has ruptured in the 7000-block of Ridge Road (21237).
