NOTTINGHAM, MD—The National Weather Service has issued a Tornado Watch for the Baltimore metro area. The watch will remain in effect until 9 p.m. on Thursday. Scattered severe thunderstorms with damaging wind gusts, large hail, and isolated tornadoes are possible during this time. Additionally, isolated occurrences of flash flooding are also possible.
