BALTIMORE, MD—The Maryland Transportation Authority is warning of spam/scam text messages being sent to residents. The spam SMS messages read, “Maryland-MDot Urgent” addressing “MDot customer” with a link. MDTA officials say anyone who receives such a text should ignore it.
