Police searching for missing teen last seen in Rosedale area
ROSEDALE, MD—Police in Baltimore County are searching for a missing teen. Jy’Agh Riggins, 13, is 5’03” tall and weighs 140 pounds. She was last seen in the Rosedale area wearing a brown hooded sweatshirt and light blue jeans.
