TOWSON, MD – Six Baltimore County Public Schools seniors were awarded $2,500 Leaders and Achievers® Scholarships from the Comcast NBCUniversal Foundation. White Marsh Rec Council awards Bryan Thomas Palmer Scholarship to 4 high school grads

On Wednesday evening, the White Marsh Recreation Council presented four high school graduates with the Bryan Thomas Palmer Scholarship. Each year, the WMRC awards scholarships to high school seniors who have volunteered their time.
