A White Marsh woman is extremely grateful for her recent birthday gift. She unwrapped a $50,000 top-prize winning 20x the Cash scratch-off. The 46-year-old Baltimore County woman said she received the scratch-off as an early gift from her father. Stabbing reported in Essex

Crews are on the scene of a Thursday night stabbing in Essex.  At about 10:30 p.m., paramedics responded to the 500 block of S. Marlyn Avenue.  At the scene, medical personnel found that one individual had been stabbed.  There has been no update on the victim’s condition.
