ROSEDALE, MD—Police are searching for a man who has been reported missing in Baltimore County. Kevin Farr, 39, is 5’4″ tall and weighs 110 pounds. He was last seen in the Rosedale area wearing a blue shirt, dark sweatpants, and dark shoes.
