Councilman Marks endorses open space zoning for land off Joppa Road

Baltimore County Councilman David Marks announced on Monday that he will support open space zoning for a nine-acre wooded site behind Turnbrook and Perry Woods Courts in Perry Hall. Zoning agreement reached to limit development near St. Joseph Church

A zoning agreement has been reached between St. Joseph Catholic Church and Baltimore County to restrict development in that area.
