Man reported missing from Rosedale area
Police in Baltimore County are asking for the public’s help in locating a man who has gone missing from the Rosedale area. Rafael Guillermo, 65, from 6700-block of Kenwood Avenue (21237) is about 5’11”, weighing 145 lbs with gray hair. He was last seen wearing a blue coat and Air Max tennis shoes.
