State Highway Administration to upgrade traffic barriers along Route 40 in Middle River
MIDDLE RIVER, MD—The Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration will upgrade concrete traffic barriers along US 40 (Pulaski Highway) between MD 700 (Martin Boulevard) and Middle River Road in the Middle River area of Baltimore County beginning Thursday, October 24.
