CARNEY, MD—A water main break in the Carney area has left several residents without service. The break was reported in the area of Greenleaf Road at Ridgely Avenue (21234). About 100 customers and eight hydrants are out of service on Orbitan Court, Rader Court, Primrose Court, Hyacinth Court, Greenleaf Road, and Ridgely Road, according to Councilman David Marks.
