GLEN ARM, MD—Crews are on the scene of a Wednesday morning fire in Glen Arm. The fire was reported at just after 11 a.m. in the 11400-block of Notchcliff Road (21057). Arriving units found a shed fully engulfed in flames. Crews are pulling water from a nearby pond to douse the blaze. Motorists should use caution in the area.
UPDATE 2: The suspect has been identified as Charles J. Muchanic (pictured), 43, of Gladstone, VA. He has been charged with one count of trespassing. Muchanic was released from the Baltimore County Detention Center on $7,500 bond. UPDATE: The suspect is now in custody. He will be sent for evaluation. The individual was not armed.
