Five tornadoes confirmed in Maryland on Friday morning

BALTIMORE, MD—The National Weather Service has confirmed that a total of five tornadoes touched down in the Maryland area on Friday. Meteorologists say that EF-1 tornadoes touched down in Montgomery County, Carroll County, Cecil County, and Fredrick County. An EF-0 tornado also touched down in Montgomery County.
