BALTIMORE, MD—The Maryland State Highway Administration will begin a project to remove and resurface sections of concrete pavement on Loch Raven Boulevard in Baltimore County. KINGSVILLE, MD—Maryland State Highway Administration crews will soon begin a resurfacing project on Belair Road in Kingsville.
