Library now offering MTA CharmCards at 4 branches
BALTIMORE, MD—The Baltimore County Public Library is now offering 7-day MTA CharmCard passes for purchase at four of its branches. CharmCards can now be purchased at the Essex, Lansdowne, Randallstown, and Towson branches.
