Suspect arrested in Baltimore County homicide
WOODLAWN, MD—Baltimore County detectives have arrested a suspect in the August 3 homicide of 29-year-old Tracey Hankins Jr. Kevin Martin, 31, was arrested on Nov. 25 in connection with the shooting death of Hankins.
