Woman who crashed stolen vehicle into police car on Pulaski Highway identified
ROSEDALE, MD—Police have identified the woman who crashed into a Baltimore County Police Department patrol car on Pulaski Highway on Saturday. The woman has been identified as Jumana Abdel-Hamid Alhamarneh, 33, of no fixed address.
