Harford Road shut down in Glen Arm

GLEN ARM, MD—Harford Road has been shut down in the Glen Arm area. At just after before 6:45 a.m. on Wednesday, the State Highway Administration reported that Harford Road was shut down at Notchcliff Road for emergency utility work. There has been no word on when the road will be reopened. Motorists should use an alternate route.
