NOTTINGHAM, MD—Crews are on the scene of a Sunday morning vehicle fire on I-695. The fire was reported at around 7:30 a.m. along the outer loop at Belair Road (Exit 32B). All lanes along the outer loop are currently shut down. There has been no word on any injuries. Motorists should use caution in the area.
