PARKVILLE, MD—Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing Parkville girl. Kara Hopkins, 11, is 5’4″ tall and weighs 190 pounds. She was last seen at 2 p.m. on Friday, May 12, 2023 in the Parkville area wearing unknown clothing.
