PARKVILLE, MD—Crews are on the scene of a Thursday evening crash on I-695 in Parkville. The crash was reported at around 6:45 p.m. along the outer loop between Harford Road and Perring Parkway. The two right lanes along the outer loop are currently blocked. Motorists should expect delays in the area.
