Crews are on the scene of a serious, Wednesday evening crash in Essex. The crash was reported at just after 5:30 p.m. in the area of Eastern Boulevard at Marie Avenue (21221). Several vehicles were involved in the crash and multiple injuries have been reported. Motorists should avoid the area.
A water main break in Essex has left some local residents without service. The Department of Public Works reports that a sixteen-inch main has ruptured in the unit block of Eastern Boulevard (21221). Sixty residents, one hydrant, and the Riverview Rehab Center are currently without service. There has been no ETA on repairs.
