WHITE MARSH, MD—Crews are on the scene of a serious, Wednesday morning crash in White Marsh. The crash was reported at just before 10:30 a.m. along southbound Interstate 95 between Joppa Road and Cowenton Avenue. One adult female has been extricated and is in serious condition, according to the Baltimore County Fire Department. Motorists should use caution in the area.
