Martin Boulevard, Pot Spring elementary psychologist named Baltimore County’s School Psychologist of the Year
NOTTINGHAM, MD—Cathryn Beichley, a Nationally Certified School Psychologist, has been named 2025 School Psychologist of the Year by the Baltimore County School Psychologists’ Association.
