BALTIMORE, MD—It was an unseasonably warm Saturday, and it was also one for the record books. BWI Airport recorded a high temperature of 77 degrees. That temperature matched a record high for this date from 1975 and 1938, according to the National Weather Service. Dulles hit 76 degrees, breaking the old record of 74 from 1965.
