Maryland to honor fallen Boonsboro Police Chief Kevin Morgan with lowered flags
ANNAPOLIS, MD—Governor Wes Moore has announced that all state and federal buildings in Maryland will lower their flags to half-staff on Saturday, April 20 to honor the life of Boonsboro Police Chief Kevin Eugene Morgan.
