TOWSON, MD—Crews are on the scene of a crash on the Baltimore beltway. The crash was reported at around 3:15 p.m. along the inner loop prior to Falls Road (Exit 23), according to the Maryland State Highway Administration. All inner loop lanes have been shut down.
