Police searching for missing teens last seen in Parkville area

PARKVILLE, MD—Police in Baltimore County are searching for two missing teens. Tyliah Matthews, 16, and Kimora Howard, 16, were both last seen at midnight on April 9, 2025 in the Parkville area.
