TOWSON, MD—Police have issued a Silver Alert for a missing Baltimore County man.

Herbert Richard Newsome III, 86, was last seen operating a black 2022 Kia Forte with Maryland plate 4FD0270 on Saturday, April 19 at 8:30 p.m., in the Owings Mills area.

Mr. Newsome, who is 5’9” and weighs 150 lbs., was last seen wearing a gray jacket, white shirt, blue pants and black shoes.
