TOWSON, MD—The Baltimore County Fire Department has promoted twelve of its members.

Fire Chief Joseph Dixon, Sr., has announced the promotions of 12 members to the ranks of Fire Lieutenant and Paramedic.

The following members have been promoted:

Fire Lieutenant:

• FADO Kevin Bakey
• FADO Earl Day
• FADO Brian Ellis
• FS Eric Hartman
• FS Erin Pasquali
• PMFC Robert Patrylak
• FS Amanda Puleio
• FS James Vincent
• FS William Zoltowski

Paramedic:

• EMT Kayla Horner
• EMT Kascien Lancaster
• EMT Justin Rothermel

The promotions will be effective as of April 19, 2025.
