ESSEX, MD—A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing Baltimore County woman.

Barbara Sparrow, 74, is 5’07” tall and weighs 140 pounds.

She was last seen at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, April 7, 2025 in the Essex area wearing a black hat, a blue jacket, a red shirt, and jeans with a multi-colored bag.

Authorities say Sparrow has a cognitive impairment and may need assistance.

Anyone with information on Barbara Sparrow’s whereabouts is asked to dial 9-1-1 or call police at 410-887-0220.
