ROSEDALE, MD—Reece subsidiary Fortiline, a wholesale distributor of underground water, sewer and storm utility products, has acquired Belair Road Supply Co. Inc., a distributor of water, sewer, storm and masonry products with five locations in Maryland and Delaware. The acquisition expands Fortiline’s brand network to almost 80 locations in 16 Northeastern states.
Belair President Stephanie Germano will stay on through the ownership transition, after which Belair Road Supply’s Robbie Robinson will serve as regional sales manager and Andy Evans as regional operations manager, according to the Baltimore Business Journal. Both will report to Keith Young, regional vice president of Fortiline.
“Our Fortiline team has aggressive growth goals across the United States, including here in the Northeast, and this acquisition of Belair Road Supply underscores our commitment to that growth plan,” said Andrew Pacifico, Fortiline’s president. “In just these past six months, we’ve expanded our operations into Colorado, Nevada, Savannah, Georgia and Northern Arizona and we’re excited to continue this expansion into Maryland and Delaware.”
The transactions’ details were undisclosed.
