BALTIMORE, MD—The National Weather Service has issued a Wind Advisory for Thursday in the Baltimore area.

The advisory will be in effect from 2 p.m. on March 6, 2025 until midnight.

Forecasters say to expect westerly winds of 20 to 30 mph with gusts of 45 to 55 mph.

Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Motorists should use extra caution.
