WHITE MARSH, MD—Police are investigating after an early morning crash in White Marsh left one person dead.

At just before 4:45 a.m. on February 27, 2025, officers responded to the area of Pulaski Highway and Ebenezer Road following reports of a multi-vehicle crash.

When officers arrived on scene they located a 2020 Chevrolet Silverado and 2020 International MV607 box truck that were involved in a collision. Detectives determined the crash occurred when the box truck, entering the intersection from the northbound turn lane of Ebenezer Road, was struck by the Silverado, which was traveling eastbound along Pulaski Highway.

The driver and passenger of the box truck were transported to an area hospital with minor injuries. The driver of the Silverado, 45-year-old Thomas Spearman, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The crash remains under investigation at this hour.
