Councilman Marks, Waterways Foundation to sponsor road cleanups in Nottingham area

NOTTINGHAM, MD—Baltimore County Councilman David Marks and the Maryland Waterways Foundation will sponsor two community cleanups in March to remove garbage from areas that have accumulated litter over the winter.

The cleanups will occur on Saturday, March , 2025 two locations.

Volunteers will meet at 8 a.m. at the Honeygo Square Shopping Center (Philadelphia and New Forge Roads) to clean the Philadelphia Road corridor.



Volunteers will meet at 10 a.m. along 9210 Seven Courts Drive to clean the Seven Courts area leading toward Joppa Road. The cleanup will end by 11:30 a.m.

The Maryland Waterways Foundation will supply trash bags, but volunteers should dress for trash removal and bring work gloves. This is an excellent opportunity for students to earn service hours.

“I would like to once again thank the Maryland Waterways Foundation for partnering with our office,” SAID Councilman Marks. “There are other routes and areas we are also prioritizing this spring.”
