Amazon driver runs over woman in Baltimore hit-and-run, Baltimore County man turns himself in [VIDEO]

BALTIMORE, MD—An Amazon driver has turned himself in after being caught on video running over a woman in a Baltimore City hit-and-run.

The accident occurred at around 9:30 p.m. on Monday, February 18, 2025, in the 100-block of South Chester Street. In the video below, the driver can be seen running over the woman, then getting out of the vehicle to check on her before fleeing the scene.



The Baltimore Police Department subsequently issued an arrest warrant for 26-year-old Jerome Allan Young Jr. of Baltimore County.

Young turned himself in on Wednesday, February 20 and was taken into police custody. He has been charged with negligent and reckless driving. Additional charges are pending.

The woman reportedly sustained non-life threatening injuries.
