BALTIMORE, MD—The National Weather Service has issued a Wind Advisory for Thursday evening in the Baltimore area.

The advisory will remain in effect until 10 p.m. on February 13, 2025.

Forecasters say winds will be from the northwest at 20 to 25 mph with gusts of up to 50 mph.

Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

Strong winds can make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Motorists should use extra caution.
