WHITE MARSH, MD—Police in Baltimore County are searching for a missing person.

Gary Inskeep, Jr., 43, is 6’00” tall and weighs 180 pounds.

He was last seen at around 2 a.m. on Saturday, February 8, 2025 in the White Marsh area wearing a black coat, a black sweatshirt, and grey pants.

He’s possibly driving a black Dodge Ram with Maryland tag “1EJ0785.”

Authorities say he may be experiencing a mental crisis.
