CARNEY, MD—A water main break is affecting traffic in the Carney area.
The rupture was reported on Thursday, February 6, 2025 in the 3400-block of East Joppa Road (21234) between Magledt Road and Walther Boulevard.
There has been no word on how many residents and/or businesses are without water.
“We are in touch with the Baltimore City Department of Public Works regarding the water main break that has impacted Joppa Road in the vicinity of westbound Magledt Road,” said Councilman David Marks on Thursday morning. “Please avoid this area and use alternate routes.”
