ROSEDALE, MD—Dance students from Baltimore County Public Schools will have the opportunity to showcase their work at the annual 2025 BCPS Student Choreography Showcase.
The event will take place on February 6-7 at the CCBC Essex Romadka Center, located at 7201 Rossville Boulevard in Rosedale (21237).
The showcase, which is free and open to the public, will feature performances from student choreographers and dancers from various BCPS middle and high schools. The Thursday, Feb. 6 performance will feature students from Nottingham Middle School, Loch Raven Technical Academy, and Catonsville, Franklin, Lansdowne, and New Town high schools. Students from Middle River, Sudbrook Magnet, Milford Mill Academy, Overlea, Owings Mills, Patapsco, and Perry Hall high schools will perform on Friday, Feb. 7.
The showcase is the culminating activity of a collaboration with Clancyworks Dance Company, where students participated in movement workshops and received feedback on their choreographic works.
Performances will take place from 4:15-5:30 p.m. both days. In addition to attending in person, the community can also watch the performances livestreamed on the BCPS-TV YouTube channel. This marks the 24th annual showcase.
