Harford County Sheriff’s Office to honor fallen deputies with blood drive

EDGEWOOD, MD—The Harford County Sheriff’s Office will honor two fallen deputies by holding a blood drive next week.

Each year, in partnership with the American Red Cross, HCSO honors the lives of Senior Deputy Patrick Dailey and Deputy First Class Mark Logsdon, who were shot and killed by a wanted subject shortly before noon on February 10, 2016 at a restaurant on Merchant Boulevard in Abingdon.

The Memorial Blood Drive will be held from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Monday February 10, 2025 at American Legion Post 17, located at 415 Edgewood Road in Edgewood.
