River Stone Grill closes temporarily after pipes burst

PERRY HALL, MD—A popular Perry Hall restaurant has closed temporarily due to damage caused by ruptured pipes.

River Stone Grill on Sunday announced that multiple pipes had burst in the eatery’s sprinkler system overnight.

The incident caused extensive damage and the necessary repairs will take some time.

“We had multiple pipes burst last night and unfortunately it will take a while to take care of the damage and make sure everything is built back even better than before,” River Stone Grill said on Facebook. “We are extremely grateful that nobody was injured during this unfortunate event. Buildings can be rebuilt! Thank you to everyone that was here at the time, you moved calmly and you treated our staff with kindness during a chaotic event. A special shout out to our White Marsh Volunteer Fire Company for your assistance!”
