TOWSON, MD—Police in Baltimore County have arrested a suspect in connection with a stabbing that occurred in Towson earlier this month.
Detectives have arrested 24-year-old Omar Soliman in connection with the stabbing that occurred Saturday, January 11, 2025.
At just before midnight, officers responded to the 400-block of York Road (21204) for reports of an assault.
When officers arrived on the scene; they located two victims. One victim had sustained multiple stab wounds to the upper body, while the second victim sustained a minor laceration to his hand. The second victim did not require hospitalization. This incident stemmed from a verbal argument that escalated into a physical assault.
Soliman has been charged with attempted murder, and first-degree assault. He remains held at the Baltimore County Detention Center held without bond.
