WHITE MARSH, MD—Baltimore County Councilman David Marks on Tuesday announced the addition of Haraz Coffee House to Cowenton Crossing.

Haraz Coffee House has 126 new locations signed across the U.S. and the Middle East.

“In 2021, Hamzah Nasser opened the first Haraz location, introducing a groundbreaking concept: the Yemeni Coffee School, the first of its kind,” reads the official Haraz website. “Today, Haraz has grown to 17 locations and 132 more to be developed across the United States, with plans to expand into Canada and the Middle East.”

“We are thrilled this type of business is opening along the Philadelphia Road corridor,” said Councilman Marks. “This provides a great place for people to grab coffee and other items, to meet with friends, or just to find some quiet time with a good book and some coffee.”

The coffee house is expected to open in the summer of 2025.

Cowenton Crossing is located at Cowenton Avenue and Philadelphia Road in White Marsh (21162).
