NOTTINGHAM, MD—Elected officials joined the Student Support Network in honoring Martin Luther King, Jr. by assembling packages for students in need.

The Student Support Network distributes food, school supplies, and hygiene products to vulnerable students.

Councilman David Marks, Councilman Mike Ertel, County Executive Kathy Klausmeier, Delegate Cathi Forbes, and Board of Education member Christina Pumphrey marked the MLK Day of Service by laundry pods, feminine products, and other essential goods alongside eager volunteers from the Student Support Network and Maryland Food Bank.
