BALTIMORE, MD—Police are seeking tips after a body was found in Baltimore County this week.

On Sunday, January 12, 2025, officers were called to the 4700-block of Aldgate Green in Halethorpe (21227) in reference to an unidentified male subject who had been found. Upon arrival, officers discovered the victim, who was later determined to be deceased.

On Thursday, January 16, officers identified the subject as 30-year-old Herson N. Velasquez-Ruiz. Due to the circumstances surrounding the incident, homicide detectives have taken over the investigation.
