BALTIMORE, MD—As another round of wintry weather approaches the Baltimore area, local schools are announcing the cancellation of some activities.

Due to the forecast of inclement weather, both Baltimore County Public Schools and Harford County Public Schools have cancelled all after-school and evening activities for Thursday, January 16, 2025.

In Harford County, second shift custodians are to report as scheduled.

Light snow is expected throughout the area on Thursday evening that could result in accumulations of a dusting up to an inch.  More significant snow may be on the way in the Baltimore area on Sunday.
